The data provided to the University of Granada through this website or other means or support will be processed by the University of Granada, whose headquarters is located at Avda. Del Hospicio, s/n. 18071 of Granada, as responsible for the necessary files for the attention and follow-up of the requests and consultations directed through the Web, as well as the management and provision of services related to research, teaching, study and university extension , which will be conveniently informed at the time of collection of your personal data, requesting your consent in the case that this was necessary in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD) and its Development Regulation.

The University of Granada will only transfer its data when necessary for the proper exercise of its competences, as well as in the circumstances provided by law according to the LOPD, according to the information that will be provided when collecting your personal data. Any use of personal data other than the purposes for which they are contained in the UGR portal will be the sole responsibility of the person who performs it and could be brought to the attention of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, without prejudice of legal actions that the University may undertake.
