Building 33. Theatre
Description
This magnificent building comprises two sections, one with a square ground-plan and the trapezoidal. It has served as an events and theatre facility since the days of its original occupant, the Universidad Laboral.
Of particular note is the use of concrete for finishing details which evokes the renowned influence of the Modern Movement as well as the use of edges, intruding structures and overhangs, all of which create a sense of movement.
